Before founding eTeacher, Boaz and Yariv each founded and managed a successful company. Yariv established and managed a private tutoring company, catering to thousands of students in Israel, and Boaz established and managed one of the first internet companies in Israel, providing the first internet sites for companies such as Amdocs, Bezeq, etc.
In 2000, understanding the vast potential of the internet, the brothers decided to join forces and to combine Yariv’s expertise in tutoring and Boaz’s experience in developing internet based programs. They founded eTeacher, realizing their vision of utilizing e-learning to provide private tutoring services to any student in the world, in any subject.
Today, 8 years after they founded eTeacher, the company has 100 employees and 300 teachers who teach from their homes tens of thousands of students worldwide.
Boaz and Yariv have been using state-of-the-art technology to perpetuate their vision of providing live e-learning services with top of the line professional teachers and excellent content, to anyone, at any age and anywhere in the world. Their vision has expanded over the years to one of building a leading international online school for private tutoring and language learning.
