Jr. Marketing Projects Manager
About The Position
The Jr. Marketing Projects Manager is an entry-level position that does not require an immense amount of experience, but candidates should have a fundamental understanding of how marketing works. You will be responsible for management and delivery of initiatives on target with marketing and organizational goals, including some operational execution to ensure timely completion of projects. Drives adherence to project timeline, collaborates with internal and external partners, and owns specific tasks to enable the in-market delivery of the initiative.
The ideal candidate understands marketing concepts, is extremely well organized, is not afraid to ‘roll up their sleeves’ to get work done, is an exceptional communicator and brings positive, energetic attitude.
Assist on developing and implementing the SEO roadmap, perform analysis and create reports
Assists and take an active part on marketing CRO (conversion optimization) tests, from hypothesis creation to result analysis and production implementation
Develops reports, documents and updates marketing processes, conducts research and provide marketing support as needed
Research, learn and optimize new and existing marketing technologies and channels.
Maintain company websites with the help of the content manager
Support the Dir. of Marketing Operations with cross department projects on growth, branding and optimization
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.), preferably in Marketing or Business
2+ years’ working experience
Experience in marketing or equivalent is a plus
Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to work with tight deadlines
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Ability to learn new technology/software quickly
Proven ability to quickly identify and solve problems
