Affiliate Program Privacy Policy

Thank you for visiting the eTeacher Group Affiliate Program (the “Program”). eTeacher Group Ltd. (“eTeacher Group,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who choose to apply to or participate in the Program. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information provided by affiliates (“you” or “Affiliate”) through the registration form or related communications. By submitting the affiliate registration form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy in its entirety and consent to the practices described herein.
Privacy Policies Used in Connection with the Affiliate Program
When you submit the Affiliate registration form, the personal data you provide is transmitted through Typeform, a secure online data collection platform, and subsequently stored in eTeacher Group’s internal customer relationship management (CRM) system. We may share your personal information with selected service providers (“Data Processors”) that assist us in operating the Program, subject to strict confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Personally Identifiable Information
We collect personally identifiable information when you voluntarily submit it through the Affiliate registration form or subsequent communications. Such information may include, but is not limited to: your full name, business or company name, job title, email address, telephone number(s), website or promotional channel links, country of residence, and banking or payment information necessary to remit earned commissions.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
In connection with the Typeform submission process, we may collect limited non-personally identifiable information, such as your browser type, device type, or country inferred from IP address. This information is used solely for technical, administrative, and statistical purposes to maintain the integrity and security of our systems.
Use of Information
We use your information to process and review your affiliate application; to establish and maintain your affiliate record within our CRM system; to calculate, validate, and process commissions and payments; to communicate Program updates and policy changes; to comply with applicable laws, including tax and accounting obligations; and to protect the lawful operation of the Program. We do not use Affiliate data for consumer marketing, remarketing, or advertising purposes.
Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited information with third parties in the following circumstances: with authorized service providers (e.g., Typeform, CRM platform, payment processors) who act solely on our behalf under written data processing agreements; where required by law, regulation, or court order; in the event of a reorganization, merger, or asset transfer; or to enforce our contractual rights or prevent fraud or abuse.
International Transfer of Data
Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including Israel and the European Union. eTeacher Group ensures that such transfers comply with the applicable data protection framework, including the use of standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. By submitting your information, you consent to such lawful international transfers.
Legal Basis for Processing
Where required by law, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: your consent, when you voluntarily submit personal data through the Affiliate registration form; performance of a contract, when processing is necessary to manage your participation in the Program and pay commissions; or legitimate interests, such as fraud prevention and system maintenance, provided such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described herein or as required by law. Data related to financial transactions and commissions may be retained for accounting and audit purposes for a period consistent with applicable legal obligations. When data is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
Your Rights Under Applicable Law
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or deletion of your data; object to or restrict our processing; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
